Alireza Zihaqq

Alireza Zihaqq  was born in Khoy  in 1959. He came from a middle class family of modest circumstances. From 1982 to 1986 , Zihaqq lived in Tabriz and tehran, where he completed a bachelor's degree in Tehran  at the University of Tehran and taught elementary and high school in Tehran and Khoy and in surrounding towns and villages.

Zihaqq began writing fiction in the 1974 and his first short story , miracle of coins (Mojezeye Sekkeha) published in Girls &Boys ( dokhtaran va pesaran)  . His publication of short stories in magazins and litrary journals and elsewhere in the early 1980’s introduced him as a talent writer. His establishment of  Dada qurqud, the chief literary - humor journal of the day published in Tabriz, and his participation in literary circles in Tehran brought him a reputation in literary circles. Zihaqq's published books are:
